Inspired by my experience on the restaurant line, Beyond the Line represents creativity, flavor, and culinary experiences beyond the expected.
Beyond the Line is a curated culinary experience series by Chef Shauna designed to explore food beyond routine catering and traditional dining. Each experience is inspired by culture, creativity, presentation, and connection through intentional menus and immersive atmosphere.
Guests were welcomed with refreshing water and fruit punch cocktails/mocktails to open the evening and set the tone for the experience.

Beautiful Japanese inspired dish. The vegetables include bell peppers, onion, snow peas, and carrots. It is served with a Yakitori glaze, and crispy leeks.
(This dish contains soy. There was a choice of salmon. There was a vegan alternative using coconut aminos and skewered cauliflower instead of chicken.)
Classic NY Cheesecake with Strawberry Coulis -
Smooth and creamy cake, topped with a sweet and sour strawberry Coulis.
Vegan Peach Cobbler served with vegan vanilla ice cream.
