This is the biggest factor to determine your quote. Please make sure you include the number of attendees.
Another important factor is how far the location of the event will be. Please include the city in which the event is being held.
On-site requires the chef and team to be at the location of the event setting up, cooking, serving, and breaking down. Off-site requires the chef to ONLY drop off catering orders and is solely responsible for just that.
