1. Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all catering, private dining, and event dates. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed due date outlined in your invoice or service agreement.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the event may be eligible for a partial refund of any additional payments beyond the initial deposit, minus any costs already incurred.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable in full, including all deposits and payments, due to preparation, staffing, and ingredient costs.
If you need to reschedule, requests must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled event and are subject to availability.
Approved rescheduled dates must be selected within 90 days of the original event date. One transfer is allowed per booking. Additional changes may require a new deposit.

3. Guest Counts & Menu Changes
Final guest counts must be confirmed by the agreed deadline. Any changes after this period may result in additional charges or limitations in menu adjustments.

4. Food Safety & Liability
SC Catering LLC is not responsible for food once it has been delivered or served at the agreed event location. Clients assume responsibility for proper storage and handling after service is complete.

5. Service Scope
Services provided will be limited to what is outlined in the final agreement or invoice. Additional requests made on-site may incur additional charges if accommodated.

6. Travel & Events Outside Service Area
For events outside the Atlanta metro area, clients are responsible for all travel-related expenses including lodging, transportation, and related fees.
