Food tastings at SC Catering are designed to help you confidently plan your private dining experience or catered event. Instead of guessing from a menu, we guide you through a curated preview of your selected dishes so you know exactly what to expect.

We start with a one-on-one phone consultation where we discuss:

• Your event type (wedding, private dining, celebration, etc.)
• Guest count and service style
• Dietary needs and preferences
• Budget range
• Menu direction and inspiration

During this call, we also review menu options together so we can begin shaping your tasting experience.

Based on your consultation, we design a personalized tasting menu featuring a selection of dishes that best represent your event style and final menu direction.

This ensures your tasting is intentional and reflects what your guests will actually experience.

You’ll receive a chef-prepared tasting experience either:

• In-home (for select bookings)
• Or delivery 

We walk you through each item and answer any final questions about your event menu.

This experience is designed for TWO decision makers.
