Starting my business in 2020, the middle of when a pandemic hit, gave me the time to sit down and really focus in on this vision I see. I want to be well known for my talents in culinary and immediately knew that my chances were slim working on a restaurant line. "How can I put a face to the food?", I thought to myself. With great inspiration, I decided to venture off independently in the culinary world.
The start was very slow. I started off cooking for only close family members. The slow pace consumed me, and doubt started to cloud my head. Even though the future was uncertain, nothing in me ever said QUIT. I'm glad I didn't quit, because each year started to get better and better. I eventually started cooking for celebrities and other well-known figures. I remember saying to myself "I can't manage catering for more than twelve", now I'm hitting goals of one hundred. I'm starting to become well known myself, but there's still work to do! This is where you come in.
I'm looking for a team of readily available and reliable chefs with experience to journey on these missions with me. Two is always better than one, but four or five makes the work thrive.
